Learn how to add the correct currency symbol to your Foursixty galleries in Shopify.
Our galleries currently default to displaying prices in dollars ($). In this article, we will teach you how to modify the currency symbol displayed in your shoppable galleries to ensure it reflects your desired currency.
Note how in the below image, the price is shown in dollars which is our default setting.
Step 1:
Find the existing Foursixty script tag that you embedded in your site.
Step 2:
To change the currency that is displayed, you'll need to add the following attribute to your script tag:
data-money-format="insert your currency symbol here<%= amount %>"
To give you an idea of where you should paste this attribute, please see the sample script below. We've used the £ currency symbol for this example:
<script src="//foursixty.com/media/scripts/fs.embed.v2.js"" data-feed-id="yourfoursixtyid" data-money-format="£<%= amount %>" data-product-images="false"></script>
After you add this attribute to your script tag, the currency symbo should change to your new setting.
Note that in the below image, the currency symbol has been updated to the newly updated preference of GBP £.
