How do I connect my Instagram, insights, etc. (using the Facebook Business Page connection method) to Foursixty?

Before starting this process, you need to determine if this is the right one for your needs.

• If you just need access to your own Instagram posts and UGC where others tag your account, then you should use the Instagram Connection method instead.
• If you require access to your own Instagram posts and also want to get any posts from others that you are tagged and/or @mentioned in, then continue with the steps below.

To initialize a connection in Foursixty to your Instagram content using the Facebook Business Page connection method, please follow the steps below:

PLEASE NOTE: This process does not require you to log into Facebook in advance, but if you do log into Facebook on another tab before completing these steps, this process certainly goes faster.

Step 1:
Click Networks and select Instagram (Facebook Login):



Step 2:
Click "Log In with Facebook" to authorize your Facebook/Instagram business account.



Step 3:
You will now be sent to Facebook to log in. Please log into your Facebook business account.
--> If you are already logged into Facebook from another browser session, this step may be skipped by your browser as it will auto-authenticate the account you are logged into already.



Step 4:
You will be prompted to accept our request to pull in your Facebook/Instagram business account information.

If you have previously authenticated Foursixty with this Facebook account, simply click "Continue as..." or "Edit Settings" if you need to specify which account we can connect to (there may be 1 more step to verify depending on the account. Simply click "Continue"):

If you have not authenticated Foursixty with this Facebook account in the past, it will ask you to approve the permissions that we are requesting.

Please ensure all the boxes are checked off and all switches are in the "on" (right) position to the Facebook Business Page(s) and Instagram Account(s) that you want connected to Foursixty in each of the screens, then click the Done button that appears. 

Step 5:
After clicking the OK button above, you will be brought back to Foursixty .
Here you will see your Instagram and Facebook Business accounts that are now connected to Foursixty.


Congrats! You have now connected your Instagram/Facebook Business Page account with Foursixty!
