In this article, we will show you how to connect your Foursixty Conversion Pixel to your Shopify Store.
This runs during the checkout process and allows Foursixty to determine what items were sold after interacting with Foursixty galleries on your site and it will display in the Metrics area of your Foursixty Dashboard.
Step 1:
Ensure that you are logged-into your Shopify store Admin first, then also log into your Foursixty Dashboard on a different tab in your browser.
Step 2:
Please click on this link (which will bring you to the Shopify configuration page in Foursixty) and click on the Enable Conversion Pixel button to start the connection process.
Step 3:
You will be sent to a Shopify screen to enable additional permissions in your store; please click the Update button to proceed.
*** These permissions are part of the new Customer Event process which allows us to pull the data from your Checkout and are necessary for the pixel to operate.
Step 4:
Once you update the permissions successfully in Shopify, you should then return to the Foursixty Shopify page and it should show that the Shopify Conversion Pixel is now Enabled.
If the prompt above does not advise it is enabled, click on this link to refresh the page.
If it still does not update, please confirm that you have the rights in the Shopify Admin to update permissions for this and, if not, have another individual with those rights complete this process.
If you encounter any difficulties with this process or have any other questions, please reach out to us here!
