Facebook/Instagram randomly selects accounts that needs to reauthorize their connection.
This is due to the re-authorization process required randomly by Facebook/Instagram.
Facebook/Instagram has the right to ask for re-authorization at any time, so you may see this happen once a week or once a year, most commonly around the middle and end of each month. It is a completely random process that Foursixty has no control over.
The good news is, this is a simple and easy fix:
Step 1:
You may have noticed a red bar across the bottom of the screen in the Foursixty Dashboard. Please click Refresh now button to start the reauthorization process.
If you are not seeing the bar, you may see a dot above your "Networks" tab. This is also how we notify you that you need to update an authorization. Click that tab, then click the Instagram Business option.
Step 2:
You will see that your Facebook account will no longer be authorized and it will ask you to reauthorize it (or another account). Please be sure the account you are using is an Admin or Owner account of the Facebook Business Page otherwise this will not work.
Click on the blue button and follow the steps to reauthorize using your Facebook account.
Step 3:
Once you have clicked the green button, go back into the Posts section, click the Update Content drop-down, and choose the tags/mentions for @instagram option (where @instagram is your username). If the re-authorization was successful, your content will start to update.
